As I mentioned a couple of weeks ago, there are several terms that we use that are not really explained. Therefore we have added a glossary of terms available from the support section.

We have updated the web site to more sensible structure. You might have noticed this if you subscribed to the RSS feed on this page, as it has stopped working. This is simply because we have renamed all the pages to properly show what they do, for example the Support page was encoded in the HTML file page6.htm. It is now on support.htm. Why do this? Well, I wanted to send a customer a link to our support page in an e-mail, and I noticed this would have to be www.RMGTechnology.com\page6. Much better to have www.RMGTechnology.com\Support. We apologise for any inconvenience. To correct the RSS error, just re-subscribe.
